Cross Country - Coed

On the 19th, Francka competed at the Missouri Southern Stampede hosted by Missouri Southern State Univeristy in Joplin. There was a total of 321 varsity girls competing from various classes and several from out of state. Francka, who has been fighting a hip flexor strain, ran a PR of 20:05, on a course that was 3.15 miles long. She placed 41st overall and 1st in her class, beating College Heights Savannah Beavers, by 10 seconds. The rest of the team had the weekend off and will be running at Nixa on the 22nd.
